URL's on additional pages cannot directly be controlled or named. However there is an easy enough way to have the URL named as you would want to it to look.
It's actually quite simple. All you would need to do is create a new page and paste the title want the URL to be into the Title and body field. Then publish. Doing so will create the page with the desired URL.
If you are trying to rename URL's on existing pages, you will have to copy the contents of this existing page into the newly created page.
