Issue 1: How to resolve No Bootable device -- Insert boot disk and press any key via Boot Camp

Whilst installing Windows on my Macbook Pro Retina I encountered three issues.

The first issue was that, upon reboot of Boot Camp it displays the message "No Bootable device -- Insert disk and press any key"

All you need need to do is restart the machine by keeping your finger on the power key. Upon rebooting keep your finger on the option key. Then select the BootCamp partition to continue.

This may help some of you get further to the next step but for me this highlighted an underlying problem. Generally speaking you should never get this issue, unless you have used an incorrect version of Windows ISO, but should just continue and complete the installation.
See my other post on how to get the correct ISO.
